Yeah OTV has changed over the years. Stocks actually went up. If you notice the stock never goes up here--ever. So the people in the company selling the stock are just operating a reverse P+D. In this case they sell stock and slowly and methodically continue to move it down. They continue to make some money and ensures no one else can. They may have to pay off some--but thats why there is usually a huge spread between bid/ask.
This is not a company its a pure stock scam--Ive watched it now for amonth and there is no doubt about it. SAteven Zale has already served time for cocaine trafficking--a double felony is lights out.
