These are very sketchy 8Ks.

Ok, so we have a letter of intent (LOI) and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding two separate lines of effort. Let's ignore for the moment that every single LOI and MOU that Dominovas has heretofore written has never materialized.

1. Per the definition of a MOU, Dominovas has established a legally binding relationship that is supposed to outline cause and direction with Egoli gas for the delivery of natural gas to power a RUBICON network for an entire university. Let's suspend disbelief for a moment and pretend that the RUBICON exists. Why would an ostensibly legitimate natural gas producer even entertain the idea of providing natural gas to a company that has yet to furnish the details, appearance, or engineering of even its demonstration unit? Also, if you look at the MOU, it's pretty pathetic. It outlines nothing aside from intent. If you want to know what a legitimate MOU looks like, view this:

2. The letter of intent to create a 600MW coal power plant in Madagascar is EVEN MORE FARFETCHED than anything this company has ever produced. Dominovas, a company with a staff of less than 8 and market cap of about $400,000 (thousand, lol!) intends to cooperate with an entire country to facilitate the construction of a multi-billion dollar project. With what? Their droves of qualified engineers? Their profound resource management capabilities? Their deep logistics? Laughable.

In short, this is just more fluff. The fraud perpetuates.
