You may be right the the $6 PPS target is conservative, but I don't want to make predictions that outpace the company's own forecasts.

They're still shooting for sustained profitability. They are scaling up and getting closer every quarter.

They probably need 550,000 connections.

When they prove they can reach that scale and be GAAP black profitable, I think the most likely event will be a buyout at a premium to the then current PPS.

In the meantime, I'm just holding my shares and watching USAT perform and innovate.
