I still believe that this is one of the huge stock in the making and I'm still putting my money on it!

I just read the 8k and those who lent the company $405K made out like bandits. They will get back 10% in interest each year, plus they were given 60m shares of common stock, which if my math is correct at .01 is worth $600K, basically their money isnt at risk at all, they will dump the 60m shares and recoupe the initial loan while riding the basically free promissory notes.

I will pass on this SCAM
