What happened is the SEC revoked the stock. Whatever BS they come out with to spin that in some fashion is purely to keep their "loyal shareholders" at bay. If there really is some semblance of a business, actual shareholders would have a cause for action against the company for mismanagement of their fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders.
But as long as they can get them to buy some other BS line of crap...they lessen the chances of that happening.
What just happened will be explained later, please try to understand it.
Don't hold your breath. So far, there hasn't been a single official word from the company since the suspension. And now, you no longer own stock in a public company.
