This stock has been ridiculed by Jim Cramer of The Street and taken apart like a cheap clock by a Motley Fool author.

Dr Kim is the moustache in front of INO Director and paid advisor Avtar Dhillon who has a sordid history of involvement in a penny stock company which was pumped and dumped and hurt investors badly.
