Where did I say EPS? I specifically said, Net Income.

Variance in EPS is not required to be reported in the late filing notice.

Besides, unless you're expecting a spike in dilution, then you can pretty much extrapolate from the change of less than 5% in Net Income as to what the EPS will likely be based on Q2's reported Outstanding Share balance.
