Thats right. In 2015 it was possible to buy huge (I mean hundreds of thousands) blocks of shares for a few Cents. The PPS is still low now, but the big difference is the availability of shares. If someone tries to buy a few hundred thousand now, the price would go up in steps of every 10`00 bought. - I have talked to Chas 2 days ago, and according to him the Financials should be ready shortly.
