It is Levy's fault. They were responsible for vetting this company before they got on board. I agree some of the lawsuits didn't show up until Nov 2015 or later however, looking at the company he should have known that trouble was brewing.
How you say? Look at UMS Financials.
In addition, Levy telling people including me by email that financials were coming and they never did beginning in March of this year has me scratching my head. Why would he say that. Was he confused? Did he not know?
Its the reason I have tired of this bs.
As far as people saying be patient...here's my response to that. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...get it?
No one sitting here for weeks, months, years, wants to be told to "be patient." I have sat patiently in stocks and a month turns into a year into many years and so on.
Levy sitting on financials which someone said are actually done for the first two quarters is allowing the atmosphere of negativity to proliferate.
This long is tired of waiting. You also have to wonder if he's waiting until UMS shares are no longer restricted so they can be dumped into the market.
Who knows why Levy is sitting on the financials. The company is Mute and that is not helping ANYONE!
