We have some vol--still waiting for funds to clear.
There was a decent bidder with 2M+--it appears they changed their bid. Not sure if they split it up OR took it off..
TDA L2 is sometimes inaccurate. .0012's trading little over 700K shares.
VFIN is on .0001 and 1.00. no other diluters showing.
Do we have a one tick flipper??? Sure appears that way!
