Well, yes & no, or it depends if the text written in the TOU of Silicon Investor and Investors Hub may or not originate from the same document.
Administration of TOU on Si & iHub are the responsibility of two different people, BobZ & Sheriff Matt, both having it seems the freedom to enforce them as they interpret them, and it seems unlikely that one person could accomplish both jobs unless that was a new person doing it full time, it does seem to make sense that eventually Si & iHub will fit as equals under another Inc. company that finds it better to have the same TOU language in both Si & iHub since they are the same product, but just deliver a different menu to serve up message food for thoughts.
So, this post is really about TOU on Silicon Investor.
