I would also say $12/share is a lot more realistic now than it was three months ago. Would you agree? Not saying that will happen. But we have a helluva better chance now than before.
As a Canuck who lived in Texas for 5 years you'll have to forgive my 'drawlism':) $12 might be a bit of a pipe dream, but hey, mjna stocks are killing it as of late and Trump won against all odds - so who knows anything anymore. Plus the S&P is downright schizophrenic right now.
