The PR doesn't merely state that PB will attend a conference. The PR announced that they will be in pain relief business in January which is different than saying 1st quarter 2017. Attending the conference can also lead to sales. The PR also mentioned other aspects of PB research. I don't expect this PR to cause the stock to rise 20x but it is a responsible update for the company.
