There is no signed LOC. They've promised one for 4 months while they diluted like crazy, raised the A/S, and the stock tanked to nearly no bid.

Financials will probably be a disaster again with tons more toxic debt on the books.

Just my humble opinion folks.

Something tells me the LOC will be announced sooner rather than later in the month. Either way, they have done everything they've said thus far.
