Companies raise cash all the time without the resulting 30% drop in their share price --- that is because they price the offering appropriately--- with the warrants and low priced shares there will be a lot of shares to eat through on the way up. We are going to be strapped for years and years with the consequences of management's discounted offerings here and last year .... I thought management learned something for last year's financing debacle....apparently not...
