Yeah, I imagine debt is backed by inventory. They are an HVAC company and, like Shelter Corp. is just like a bank acct. They earn money every year and book value goes up, eventually someone will buy them or take them over. One big shareholder keeps buying. They are more transparent than SIMA, and easier to buy, but not as grossly undervalued. Half of BV. Earnings should be out in a week or so.

Geo, another one that I treat like a savings acct is ACY. Profitable, but like CCOM, has debt, but also like CCOM, has a book value twice the price. They just keep building BV and eventually something good will happen. I called Ameritrade for a quote on COMX and SIMA. $2.50 bid, no offer and for SIMA, $4 bid no offer. Never heard of that before.
