I agree with what you suggest here.

By the way, this in no way, defends the nondisclosure practices that current management is doing.

I am not happy about their non-disclosure but I am guessing it is more company related than conflict of interest from another entity entirely.

Also New Star might just be Ntephe and Obodulu's latest attempt at creating a secret shell company as the others like NGAR got brought into the light of day.

Quite amazing really that these Nigerian clowns can continue to break the law, with shareholders getting screwed in the process, and all under the noses of the SEC and the DOJ !
