I feel the same way.
There's just a lot of market maker manipulation going on, probably in conjunction with their hedge fund buddies.
Don't be fooled or dismayed.
This tape action is happening because they know SGBY is going much higher and just an attempt to increase their inventories and maximize their trading financial gains.
