This is true unfortunately. PHOT is being diluted into the ground daily. Volume has been great, yet the PPS remains stagnant. This CEO is shaping up to be more of a clown than I thought. Today's vote should kick off a cannabis stock buying frenzy, but I doubt PHOT will be a part of it. They simply aren't making $$$. End of story.
