I believe fine crusher delivery delayed not because of location of Banro, but rather per result of the supplier. Plus mngt needs to account for these things when making projections of annual production based upon equipment they don't even have in possession!, which then, when and if received, still needs to become operational, and efficiently so without mechanical issue. Mngt kinda sucks.

Tex would probably provide some good balance here. Certainly a warm hearted likely positive outlook.

I looked up the word 'Marginally.'
Marginally means "very significantly." Especially in Canadian.
