There are three words, "mandatory" and "court ordered," that are most important to remember in this share exchange.

To date, everything that was ordered by the court has occurred. Investors calling their brokers have been told that this is "automatic" unless the investors hold the certificates themselves. In this case, they must submit their own claim form and return the certificates.
