1. The banks don't care about the entire shipping industry.
2. They have no interest in fixing companies, including Box Ships.
3. Their only interest is to get paid as much as possible, ideally 100% on their loans.
4. TEUFF's banks would recover far more than 10% if they foreclosed now.

They may wait it out or they may not, but there's a reason it's at 1 cent and falling and it's not because investors are too stupid to realize it's worth a lot more. ;-);-)
