That's your opinion. Illegal markets get no protections. And they were illegal. Terpene modulation was not around and is the most interesting aspect of the patent. The parents are in accepted status so there is that.

I agree with what you have said, the actual work on extracts and all MJ medical products have been worked on MANY years - like you said, 20 years.

Patent Law changed a couple of years ago.
It has been changed to FIRST TO FILE!
Which would be enforceable as I understand from the new Patent Law
