I will take my REAL Due Diligence over this 'stated DD' donkey dung ANY DAY! My investments are up 28% since unloading this Piece of Chit! Hard Real Estate, REITs, and more recently SDS, and other short stock instruments and derivatives. Your DD continues to chase the tail DCA'ing a lower and lower price point, never to get back to square!

Fun gambling and greed helped me to lose $11k in JBII/ PTOI garbage. No excuses. Now the fun spectator sport of watching IT and those PUSHING it go through discovery and a full criminal investigation. Front row seat with popcorn here :)

I do not believe better DD is required but thanks for your offer LOL.
