and it may be 12 months .. imo it will depend on who the first sale is to

if it's a known entity (i.e. sophisticated) .. i can see a 6 month window
if it's not a known entity .. (i.e. less sophisticated) .. 9 to 12 months

it will be nice to have some questions answered in a few weeks :)
