Your reasoning about a private placement resonates with me, GK.

A private placement at this stage of the game would:
(1) provide all the funding we need until such time as we build reserves from revenue streams;
(2) slake the thirst of those deep pocketed individuals who have been badgering BR for large blocks of ITKG;
(3) provide further legitimacy for our Intellectual Property when it is purchased by institutional investors;
(4) serve as a poison pill against a hostile takeover bid by putting more shares in a greater number of hands; and
(5) permit options to be granted to deserving employees as the company expands staff to meet demands for our product.

Wells Fargo and Wellington Management are the likely architects of Integral's private placement strategy so we are in good hands.

Some are expecting the private placement to take place before the next round of contract announcements. That being the case, it's going to get fast and furious around Bellingham during the last quarter of 2006!
