Per MSHA the regulatory agency that oversees mines, Ruby Mine is ABANDONED.

Last inspection was a couple weeks ago and all was fine. Equipment has been checked for winter storage and can be put back in operation in short order if funding comes through.

Great news!!!! Everything is fine up at the hole....very suprised that everything's fine cause when it was open everything was everything but fine for nbri investors...but hey layla and gary getting pay checks lol hope king leo can rise from his throne and do a re-fleece after another R/S....old investors now need the share price over a dollar to get whole after the next split my guess they'll need a 10.00 share price to get whole.....great news though.....lolololololo
