I'm anxiously awaiting PTN's upcoming 10-Q.

My impression from their last 10-K is that they need more money and will need it very soon. JV's don't usually come with financing unless the partner is buying some type of future rights to a potential product. I have my doubts about a JV with PTN, but we all should know much more before the end of the year (i.e., next 1-2 months)!
