You'll have to go back and read earlier posts from me and some others, as well as the filings, it's all there. The A/S is maxed out as I've said a few times, so there are almost literally no shares unless someone sells.
However read the latest filings about obligations to debt holders, what might affect share structure -- gotta do the detailed DD, this CEO is very punctilious about detail, you can guess for yourself what might happen, I've touched on it again just last week, wouldn't want to try to summarize.
I know it's frustrating to wait and see, it's been a long time where the price hasn't moved, but maybe I"m wrong, but maybe there's been a slight uptick in buying vs. selling lately, no one's dumping into the 7's bid.
