I know I just sound like a negative Nancy, but they are done.
Professionals give you a time, and they get it done at that time every time.
These guys were too involved with drugs, they wouldn't be able to keep a time, never mind read it, or know what their watch numbers even mean.
Send them back to North America to face trial for prior convictions that were never faced head on. They have many of them.
