I verified what you posted and you are correct. This IR Firm that LVVV has just hired (EquiNet, LLC) is also one of the IR Firms for MJNA. The news was quietly released last week which leads me to think that these guys at the very least have some plans to positively move forward or no way would such a union exist to tarnish the EquiNet reputation.
