Those are all great questions. I'm honestly trying to figure out myself what will happen if Cali and other states pass the laws, I'm slightly concerned it may be a sell the news event. We all remember the January 2014 run, but that run was the result of the vote in Washington and Colorado in November 2012. If you look at charts back then there was really no major movement in November 2012. However, now that people know the types of moves these stocks can do after 2014, there may be accumulation after the vote in anticipation of a bigger run
