The MMs paint charts all the time. Not sure its possible to really get a good reading. That's why so many people have been wrong when forecasting bottoms are in or its moving up, green close.. blah blah blah... Im sure you've seen all those post. Most are just being hopeful or playing a role for a MM.
I wouldn't use the term "bottomed" because it implies this stock was in a downtrend. From a technical perspective, the stock is still in an uptrend and setting higher lows.
