I think that somehow it was HLNT shareholders - past, present and future - who paid off the tax lien. The IRS Lien on HTI remains.

Think about it ... If I were Opie, I would sell stock however I could, to private folks, through outlets, however, and pay off my personal debt. Then resign and leave the real shareholders as nothing more than bag holders, and guess what is in the bag? Yup, two pounds in a one pound bag!
