The ability to st a plan, execute it precise;ly, is paramount in the growth of any compnay. The formula is very simple. Phil has not given ful disclosure, and he is paying the price for that, in many areas, but it doesnot mean he is dishonest. He needs one more person in there to help guide th ship.Market share, fundamentals, and executin with excellent managemtn and managers is the key.I would certainly like to have all th3e facts, and i would hope that he would want us to.so far that hasn't happened.
