i believe the science can be duplicated...and easily so with a dupont...the science is no secret...there is no secret process...there is no secret sauce...and whatever it is that needs to be learned, a dupont can learn it in about 10 minutes with what to them is a very small amount of money...

the only value is the patents which dupont can fairly easily work around...and if they can't, what is kim going to do?...sue?...with what money?...cause notre dame ain't gonna waste a dime of endowment money suing dupont for patent infringement on behalf of a company that went bankrupt...or perhaps to protect their few mil kblb shares which would at that point be worthless?...a contingency suit perhaps?...i don't think so..

shareholders couldn't profit off those patents in 10 yrs of trying with an incompetent ceo...so they will try to profit off of someone else's success by suing them?...not gonna happen...

if kblb goes under, shareholders will never see a dime from anything...the idea that shareholders could see a profit of 25 times the current pps if kblb fails is just not logical...
