Emil, it doesn't matter whether they care.

Do you think it helped the shareholders of SIAF when Solomon promised to pay dividends 4 or 5 years ago? Do any of these CEO's care except for their reputation and the size of their wallets?

First, a company must have the means. Then, one has to watch carefully whether the company's interests are in line with the shareholders'. We have a better chance of receiving a dividend, not because anyone cares, but because parent may need the money.

You should search the internet. They tried. You will find lots of presentations on the web, press releases, a facebook and linkedin page, we even had a 2nd website for a while. Sure they "care". But they must be in a state of learned helplessness by now because nothing worked.

Anyone who wants a senior listing in the US will want the stock to go up. It has to go up. It's a requirement.

The other explanation why they didn't file the 10-K until August is because they weren't planning to. But they have to file it if they want to buy us out. You can ask me again if they care, then. They could offer us $5 for our shares and not care one iota about the shareholders.

Perhaps a better question is, will they screw us? I don't think so. Not as much as those other companies who have a bigger incentive to go dark etc.

We have covered share buybacks many times. Many times. It is not an option if you don't have volume.

10K: $111m net income for 2015 that's 3 times current cap.actually no dividend will add more value.that's even better to shareholders because more money will go "to finance our growth". "The declaration and payment of dividends in the future will be determined by our Board of Directors in light of conditions then existing, including our earnings, financial condition, capital requirements and other factors."
