1 & 1/2 for 1.

you can have odd denominations of forward splits :

2 for 1 forward
3 for 2 forward
4 for 3 forward
5 for 4 forward
etc

It hapens many times in larger companies where they want to keep the o/s to an acceptible level.

WTR is a company that uses those odd forward split amounts

Look at the bottom of page for last split factor 4:3 which is 4 shares for every 3 shares you own.
