Using a p/e of 15, 25mln of profit would call for at least 12$ per share....Just on Seroquel. But then we have to discount for the IPCI syndrome and we get 6$....Just on Seroquel

Seroquel is being over valued IMO. I just caution everyone to be realistic here. Focalin was a 740 million dollar drug and their 2 doses which they still maintain a 35% market share only brings in 600K a quarter. Generic pricing is very very competitive. if a 740 million dollar drug brings in 600k why would anyone consider the company getting 24 million a year on 1.2 billion ? they will get the cost recovery which will be a 1 time payout but after that its a cost plus which probably is no more than 5 cents a pill. so if it costs 40 cents to make they will get 45 cents from the partner. then also a percent of the profits. which I expect to be just north of Focalin. I personally expect to see around 2 million a quarter in revenue outside the cost recovery.
