I don't believe even BIEI believes that the pain patch will fund getting the cancer drug through the FDA. Rather they want the pain patch to fund their $100K of monthly expenses until they can get the cancer drug through the patent process where they can then try a joint venture or some sort of partnership. That would stop future dilution.
