Actually ponzi would not apply here. That is where the con man uses money from the first investors to pay the next round until it collapses under it's own weight. Here, Rufus didn't give any back.. he simply pumped a stock based upon false promises and misleading statements and inexperienced investors along with those blinded by greed jumped in like lemmings.
