Perhaps a market maker bought 400k shares to push ask price up to 7 cents and then offered 580k shares at 5.8 cents to support price. Along comes one of many disgruntled/pissed shareholders and unloads 580k shares in a pop.

If this is the case, then there is no reason to get excited. Just a failed market maker attempt to raise the price and a shareholder unloading.
