Wayne... According to the 8=K filing Frank is not currently at EVSY (old BODs was reinstated). And word is he is totally out of the picture now. We'll see. Are you saying that all the assets were not sold when they auctioned off the assets to pay debts and avoid bankrupcy and that they retained a lot of those assets? The fact is, we just don't know what EVSY will become. It really sounds like you're saying this is not a shell company. Is that what you're saying?
