It's called product superiority and a proprietary combination of natural ingredients that trumps current competition in the market place. If the product can be sold in a retail fashion that is, all hypothetical exactly like your opinion as well. Their pain patch if successful enough could fund trials. Either way I'm looking forward to round 4.
