*** Lets stick with the Facts at this point shall we, Neither of the above has been announced and untill it is..it is just a PLAN TOO...In addition to that the PR said it was "under Review"...NOT SUBMITTED...Pure Speculation on your part...

***Hmmmm? Then why in the Main Elements of the LOI is ETLC REQUIRED to PAY AHM shareholders $3 Million Dollars and give them up to 152 Million shares of ETLC stock? That is Per a PR ETLC issued in which ETLC is the SOURCE? You seem to be confused on who is Bringing BIG BUCKS to the DEAL...Not my words....ETLC words...Shall I repost the PR from ETLC for you?
