SFX filed with the Bankruptcy Court for an extension to the time period to receive acceptance of the Bankruptcy Plan from affected parties. I don't believe the Court has ruled on it yet. They are also having problems with the US Trustee, who is objecting to some of the entities listed to receive payments under the Plan.
But the stock is dropping as it is becoming more clear by the day that the common shareholders will receive nothing and all old common shares will be cancelled.
