Not going to happen on low volume.

Low volume = no pps movement upward (no buying). It just means that Goober's taking a break from diluting.
High volume = pps moves down because Goober's diluting again.

It's really that simple. That's the way Goober runs this company....with deceit and lies. That's why no ones buying.
