I emailed VStock the T/A this morning for the current o/s. VStock is one of the T/A's that is providing feeds of share structure to OTCMarkets. So per the last Quarterly, the o/s was 95 million on 7/4/2016 as of 10/31/2016 the o/s was 348 million.
