The company was moved to Delaware, non-dilution clauses for all
special stockholders....just getting ready to wash out the
the people who had been investing in VNTH, then collect all
the engineering and intellectual capital before sending all
vnth/MSGI investorsa on their way...there's a REASON Barbara was
BANNED FOR LIFE from a CEO role....apparently things went wrong
somewhere in that amusing childhood tale he tells on his website...when
longs have NOTHING in a few months, by all means, tell me how I'm wrong
LOL...SEE A PATTERN? SHEESH.....trade and put this stinker in the rear
view mirror is your best move....sure I have a few shares stored away
but given what GARBAGE this group has offered in the last DECADE,
I'm not holding my breath....
