Some shoot up and some shoot up in legs with consolidation in between. Not every stock is the same. ONCI is holding at the high trips. Will break into the 0.001's and stay there and beyond soon.

BS $$ONCI $$FACT this run really started @ 0002 (chart will verify...chart will also verify run started 10/26/16. Ran up well over 600+%... How could there have been a 7 day consolidation...answer there could not have been FACT
